    Hi my partner has a wordpress site https://harveststudio.com.au/

    We had a question about the (email visible only to moderators and staff) contact information which we have set up to receive using Thunderbird.

    Is the contact email hosted by WordPress, basically is it you we seek support in regards to managing that email address.

    Hi there,

    We don’t offer any email hosting, no. Additionally, the site at https://harveststudio.com.au/ is not hosted at WordPress.com, nor connected to us in any way. Instead, that site is using the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider.

    Based on the IP address for that domain, it’s hosted with Microsoft’s Azure service, and it looks like they might be hosting the email connected to the domain as well. So you can try contacting support at Azure for help with this.
