Gateway Theme

I have finished the site I’ve been working on and it is using the Gateway Theme. On the home page and contact page under the content it says ‘Nothing Found’ and has a search bar under that. I would like to remove that but can’t figure out where it is. I took the posts off from that area of the page and located them somewhere else and then the words and search bar appeared in its place

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi,

The “Nothing Found” message appears because there are no published posts to display, and no Featured Content assigned. See the Featured Content section of the Gateway theme guide. The message, and the search bar, will disappear as soon as you do either of the following:

    1. publish a single post, or
    2. assign a specific tag as your “featured” tag at Customize > Featured Content, and then assign that tag to one or more pages or posts.

The Homepage Template has a the Featured Content area, as noted above. However, as the theme guide says:

If no tag is specified, the Homepage template will display your last three posts, excluding Sticky posts.

So the template is trying to display posts, and not finding any.
