Gateway Theme – Featured Content customization

  Hi,

  I have 2 issues / questions regarding the Featured Content within Gateway Theme

  Firstly is there a size limit to stick to so that the images appear the same size when 3 posts are displayed side by side on the home page? I am currently still testing and have loaded 2 pages so that it appears on the Home page featured content section, however the pictures are not lining up.

  The second question … is it possible to use this featured content on a page instead of a post ( and featured image so that the image is visible on the home page ), but then not have the image visible when the actual page is opened? Perhaps CSS? I notice on the demo that this seems to be the case as when creating post, but with if I create a Page instead the featured image is displayed in the body of the page which I do not want.

  Update, I have managed to resolve the image size issue… I dont know if there is a limit but just found 2 images that were the same size and went with that for now.

  But if anyone can assist with the second part of the question… how to hide the featured image from appearing within the page, but still appear on the home page featured content area
