Gateway theme help

Hi, how do I get my posts to line up horizontally instead of vertically? in the theme demo the pictures go across, but when I apply it to my site the pictures go down. I want my posts (and their pictures) to line up next to each other instead of stacking.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hello – You will need to use The Homepage Template for The Gateway Theme in order to get your posts to look like the demo site. The step-by-step instructions are written out for you here: https://wordpress.com/themes/gateway/
Let me know if you need any more help getting this set up.

Thank you! I have it set the way I wanted it now, but is there any way to condense the space between the feature image and the actual posts? I would like to get rid of the “share on social media” and possibly also the “home” header, so I don’t have to scroll down to see my actual posts.

You can disable the sharing buttons on your home page. Just open the page you wish to edit and from the Edit Page Screen locate ‘Sharing’ on the left side and uncheck the box next to ‘Show Sharing Buttons’. Click update to complete the change.
If you need to condense the space even further, you can remove ‘Home’ from your page title via Edit Page Screen.
