Gateway Time-out

Getting a 504 Gateway Time-out on a site that is not hosted on wordpress.com. I have checked the domain provider and everything looks fine there. Since this is a free account, I am unable to see or contact support if the issue is on the wordpress side?

I’ve checked it, and the site lupuscorner.com is not hosted on the WordPress.com servers. We can not help here with sites that are not hosted with us, as we have no access to your site, and our support tools will not work.
