hello, i would like to keep the model of gateway with the 3 most important article in the main page, but i don t succed. Where do i have to write ‘featured’ on my articke to be in the main page.

The Featured Content section of the Gateway theme guide says:
Gateway allows you to feature up to three Posts or Pages, by tagging them, and then entering that tag in the Featured Content area of the Customizer. Any Featured Images assigned to these Posts or Pages will get displayed in the Featured Content area.
If no tag is specified, the Homepage template will display your last three posts, excluding Sticky posts.
You don’t have to write “featured” in the article at all, and doing so will not make it a featured article. You add a tag to the post or page you want displayed in the Featured Content area, as described in the Tags support page, and then enter the same tag in the Featured Content area of the Customizer.

Oh thank you , that’s exactly what I did but I think my problem is different so.
I think I have chosed in the beginning that my articles appears in the main page, so has I put a featured image they all appear like that in list, but I want only 3 , 1 in middle, 2 others right and left.
How to do so ( sorry for my horrible English, and thanks so much for you help.)

The site https://stefandcotravel.wordpress.com/ has the Revelar theme activated. Are you referring to a different website?

Yes excuse me this is this one, I just changed to see the difference. I put the gateway right now so that you can see how it appears.

The site is set to display posts on the front page. If you want it appear like the Gateway demo, then you’ll have to set a static page as your front page, and assign the Homepage Template to that page, as described in the Homepage Template section of the Gateway theme guide.
Once you take these two steps, you might find that the featured content issue is resolved.

When you set a static page as your front page, you should set another page as the posts page from the second drop-down menu at the same location, Customize > Static Front Page > Front page displays > A static page.
