  Hi, I tried to use this shortcode [gravatar email='(email visible only to moderators and staff)' size='128']

  to add to the landing page of my website but it doesn’t seem to work. Yes, I did replace (email visible only to moderators and staff) with the email used for my Gavatar account.

  How can I make it work?

  Ah okay. That site isn’t hosted with us so it doesn’t have that plugin built in automatically. But it does come with Jetpack if you’re using that:
