Gazette Theme: No Customizer option to set featured tag
-
I’m using the Gazette theme and have added ‘featured’ to the tag for six posts on artrelish.com, but they are not showing up in the big beautiful grid as in the theme demo.
Here in the forum I see I’m meant to add the ‘featured’ tag in the site customizer, but there’s no option related to tags under the customizer.
The only options in customizer are:
site identity, colors, header image, menus, widgets, static front page, theme options.Help? Thanks.

The site linked to your username is not hosted by wordpress.COM and those are the only sites we provide support for. You are posting to the wrong support forum.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.

WordPress.org support docs are at https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page -
On a self-hosted site you’ll need to activate the Jetpack plugin to use featured content in Gazette. Looks like you’ve already figured that out.
If you have any further questions, please post in the WordPress.org forum for Gazette:

You’ll need a free WordPress.org account to post – if you don’t already have one, you can register here:

Be sure to provide a link to your site when you post so people can help you more easily.
