Gazzette theme on wordpress.org

Hi! I previously did a pre-made version of what i thought my website would look like when i applied the same theme on my one.com hosted wordpress.org editor. When i applied it it was completely different and all features i wanted essentially was gone. How can i fix this and how do i contact the theme creator?

I think there’s some confusion happening here – a site hosted with One.com would be a completely separate entity to a site at WordPress.com.
Is the site at One.com still active? If yes, can you provide the URL please? The reason why I ask is because, it may be the case that you might not even need a site at WordPress.com.

The site is hosted by one.com. They have a solution on their website that allows you to use wordpress as a web designer tool. The url is https://www.hälsorabatten.se

Thanks for sharing the link. Your site is using the WordPress.org software which is different from WordPress.com sites that are hosted here (which we can provide direct support for on this forum).
If you aren’t sure about the differences, please check the following page that explains it well: WordPress.com vs WordPress.org.
Most of the general instructions as laid out on https://wordpress.com/theme/gazette apply for the WordPress.org version as well, but some areas of the dashboard may look different as your other site is using the WordPress.org software. For help with the WordPress.org version of the theme, you can post on the theme support forum here: https://wordpress.org/support/theme/gazette/
You can also post on the WordPress.org support forum in general for questions related to your site that’s using the WordPress.org software.
