For what site is this, please? handbookletour.wordpress.com contains only the default content that is automatically added to a site when it is created.
We can provide a Data Processing Agreement in accordance with the GDPR, but this service is only available for sites with a paid upgrade on WordPress.com, and we can only provide that agreement to the email address on file for the account that owns the site. The account you are using to post here does not own any upgrades on WordPress.com.
