    Is a wordpress publisher allowed to publish names of persons and facebook links in their posts?

    Before you report a site to WordPressdotcom, make sure the site is hosted here. WordPressdotcom has no control over sites built using free WordPress software which may mention “Powered by WordPress.org” or something similar. Those sites use the open source WordPress software and aren’t hosted here, so you should contact the appropriate web host with complaints.
