There is no contact form or other contact details to allow anyone to ask for personal information to be removed. Please can you kindly advise how I go about getting in contact with the owner or if how I get me request forwarded to them for me.Jason

We cannot remove information from any site on WordPress.com at a third party’s request. The only exception is if the site in question violated our terms of service by adding that information.
If you believe that is the case here, you can report the issue to our terms of service team as explained here:
Otherwise we cannot help you with this. We cannot provide you with contact information for the owner of that site under any circumstances.

We do not help with terms of service issues in the public forums.
