  I’m sure I purchased this domain from wordpress. But it’s not in my domain list to transfer to godaddy. And I have no real contact numbers to call. Any advice?

  Hi there,

  The domain, gebcraft.com, has been registered with us since 2015, but our logs show you cancelled that domain on 24 January. Cancelling a domain means you give up ownership of it, and you cannot transfer a domain you don’t own.

  It should still be possible to restore the domain to your account, but this will require us to email our domain provider to do that. Please confirm if we should get this process started for you.
