GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION (GDPR) website hosting for Germany/Europe

  I want to host a woocommerce/jetpack shop on wordpress.com but since the new
  GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION GDPR/DSGVO/etc is preventing me from storing client data outside of the EU I can not use WordPress.com for my client or did this change? do you have aggreements like shopify now?

  I don;t want to host wordpress myself for obvious reasons.

  It’s not forbidden to host data outside the EU.

  You can still host your IT with providers outside of the EU, but you will need to ensure that these providers have safeguards and security measures in place that meet the GDPR standards in order to remain compliant if you are handling EU citizen data.
