    Hello. I am interested in the Personal Plan. Does this plan allow me to use templates with various pages in it?

    – What is the usual time to respond on the Helpline? Will I receive responses by email?

    – What support do I get to migrate my website from the current hosting service at Yahoo? Do you guide me if I encounter any problem? I’m not a technical girl.

    Howdy, Thanks for reaching out regarding migrating your site to WordPress.com .

    As of now, we’re offering free migrations for WordPress based sites hosted elsewhere since migrating a site that uses a different platform involves essentially re-creating the site on the new platform (in this case, the new platform would be WordPress.com) With that said, I wanted to introduce you to our Express Website Designing services.

However, Personal is one of our lower tier plans, and only allows access to the free themes you see here: https://wordpress.com/themes/ – if you could tell us a bit more about what you’re looking to get out of this move, I’ll be happy to help you pick the right plan for your needs. 

    What is the usual time to respond on the Helpline? Will I receive responses by email?

    You can reach out to us from the message box in our help-center, and someone will review and respond to your request as soon as possible! This generally means a few hours, based on the urgency of your request. If you’re not around when we message you, our responses will automatically get emailed to you. We’re quite proud of our support services, and customers like y’all are always at the center of what we do here.
