  Is there a more direct way to contact live chat support at WordPress? The forum isn’t helpful.

  No there is not support by chat or by phone. If you state what your issue is here on thei support forum and we Volunteers cannot provide assistance then we flag threads for Staff attention.

  I also note that the blog linked to your username and the one linked to in the OP are free hosted WordPress.com blogs that lack any blogger created content.
