  I found the monthly charge page, but what is the setup cost of the website?
  Also, does wordpress do IDX for real estate, if so, what’s the charge for that?

  Hey there, you can create your site using these tutorials, or we can build one for you. Pricing depends on how complex your site needs to be.
  
  We don’t have built in IDX, but you can add that with a plugin if you’d like. Usually they have their own fees associated with them.

  Also, so you’re aware, to use any of those here, you would need our Business plan. Extra plugins and themes add complexity to our support and maintenance. Our service includes SSL hosting, direct WordPress support, spam protection, backups, maintenance, security, and a bunch of other features that don’t come with the free software.

  Or, you are welcome to use your own free copy of WordPress with another host, and use community resources or hired contractors if you don’t have time to take care of security, maintenance, etc. yourself.

  For Realtors, personally I’d recommend either the Premium Plan for more of brochure/articles site, or get the Business Plan if you definitely need the IDX. Having someone else take care of maintenance and security for you is totally worth it.
