    Hello,
    I am wanting to set up a wordpress website, but want to upgrade to the Premium Plans. I would like to know how the cancellation terms are, as I cant seem to find them anywhere. I was wandering if you always pay for one years straight/ if you canel during the year does one get a payback for the months that werent used?
    Also I would like to know where the data of the website is being back upped and, should I decide to take the website down, if there is a chance of keeping all the content?

    Hi There,
    I have a couple of support pages that can help answer your questions! :)
    First, the plan refunds are explained on this support page:

    And as far as keeping your content, there are free plans that you could keep forever if you wanted to go that route, but if you decide you wanted to delete and export your content, here is a support page that can explain the exporting process.
