Generate a CSR

I am attempting to generate a new CSR but cannot find the option in the menu and the FAQs are not helping. How do I create this?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hm, yes that’s a site hosted here.
It may be my lack of coffee at the moment, but I’m having a hard time understanding what you’re looking for exactly.
Would you mind elaborating on what FAQ is telling you where to find this?

That domain shows as hosted by GoDaddy to me. Are you using domain masking to get your WordPress.com site to appear at that domain? I’m no expert on these things but the usual way is to buy a WordPress.com upgraded plan and map the domain to a WordPress.com site and then an SSL Certificate will be enabled for the domain.

Oh, wait, hang on. I check with a colleague and the coffee is kicking in, sorry about that.
https://shadowtravelgroup.wordpress.com/ is SSL secured, but the domain, as it is hosted elsewhere, is not.
If you properly map the domain instead, with a plan, we’ll have SSL provisioned for you within about a business day and we take care of the CSR: https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/

OK, so I will need to upgrade my plan before I can properly map the domain?
Speaking of plans, if I upgrade to Premium and I find that it isn’t enough for what I want to do; will I be able to upgrade to Business and just pay the difference? -
Hi there,
Yes, you would need to upgrade to one of the paid plans before you can properly map the domain.
Once you’ve upgraded to a paid plan, you can see how to map a domain here:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/
In regards to upgrading from Premium to Business after you’ve already paid for Premium, if you decide to do the upgrade, the amount you paid for the Premium Plan will be automatically deducted from the cost of the Business Plan at checkout.
