Generate Backup Codes Does Not Work

    I attempted to setup two-factor authentication, which worked as expected. However, when I tried to generate backup codes, no codes are generated. I saw on related threads that others have had this problem, but saw no resolution or instructions as to how to generate backup codes.

    FYI – I am using Chrome on Windows 7.

    I’ve turned off two-factor authentication until I hear back regarding a fix.
