Hello, these forums are actually for the sites hosted here at WordPress.com. Our setup is a bit different:
For help with a self-supported site hosted by any other provider, head over to https://wordpress.org where you can find plugins, documentation, and community support.
For this, I’d reach out to GeneratePress directly.
https://generatepress.com/support/Or, if you’re hoping to move your site here, here’s how to get started:

I think i should move from my previous hosting which I am using since last year but, seriously it become headache for me and my [redacted by staff] project.I had already review many articles about pros and cons of wordpress hosting but i think now is the time to shift from world of slow speed, downtime and loading issues.
Further please let me know about loading cache speed I mean speed is a big deal in hosting so is it possible wordpress can give me better loading speed time for my website? -
It is not possible to use “plugins” on WordPress.com unless you first upgrade to our Business plan, so I recommend starting out there if you plan to migrate to WordPress.com business hosting. More info here: https://wordpress.com/pricing/
Also we have caching built in on all WordPress.com sites. For business specifically our platform is already equipped with its own robust caching solution, which is able to scale at a global level without any additional intervention on your side. You do not need to add a “caching plugin” to your site if it is on WordPress.com for example, as we handle that for you.
Hope this helps!

Thanks Jerrysarcastic
It give me an idea about my topic which i was worried but still i am facing an issue in terms of hosting and my team let me know an awakward situation and wordpress hosting.
My old team told me that they had used wordpress hosting and domain registered with namecheap so I check my self but I cannot find my blog. However, in the right hand corner of this page, I clicked on the bell icon, and was taken to a page where a post of mine appears. I still cannot find my theductlessrangehood domain, however. Thank you. -

Hi Macmanx
Thanks for taking interest for my issue. My domain https://theductlessrangehood.com/ is registered with namecheap and hosted on wordpress as per my old team statement. Please let me know about this situation ! -
That domain has never been hosted with, or connected to, WordPress.com.
You are using the open source WordPress.org software on that site, which is not the same thing as WordPress.com. Support for that version of WordPress is provided by the community at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
The DNS for that site is being routed through Cloudflare, so it’s not possible to see who is actually hosting the site. But I can tell you with absolute certainty that it’s not us.
Please contact Cloudflare support directly to find out who is hosting that site.
