Generating Service/Repairs Estimates

I’m building a wordpress site for my Appliance Repair business, and i want to offer online pricing for repairs. Since giving 100% accurate estimate without actually working at the appliance I need to give something approximate, and with multiple outcomes. Lets say, you Select “Dryers” ->
Next you will have to select what type of dryer you have, f.e. “a). Filter On Top” “b). Filter on Front” picture description would be preferable -> Next you select the issue you’re having f.e. “a). Not Heating” “b). Nut Tumbling” “c). Making Humming Sound” -> then finally you’d get the page with possible causes and costs.
I’m trying to find a plugin preferably free or another way to accomplish this.
Any help is greatly appreciated.Thank you!
