Generating Unique Customer_id values when a guest customer creates an order.

    When using the order creation Webhook, in the JSON object that is sent, there is a customer_id field. When the customer does not have an account, and is a guest customer, the customer_id value is 0. Is there a way to automatically generate a unique customer_id value for every customer that does not have an account so that every order has a unique customer_id value?
