generic page notification emails not being received

    I’m now managing a wordpress site after taking over from a previous Committee member and I’m not receiving any of the emails from wordpress that are sent to the generic info@ email address (which I’ve been advised by the Committee member that I should be receiving). I’ve looked everywhere I can think of – but what I’m wondering if a) where do I find the list of email addresses the info@ address forwards to; and b) how do I get onto it?

    Your website is not hosted on WordPress.com.
    If you are unsure who your hosting company is, you can check your site at https://www.whoishostingthis.com.

    We’re able to help only with websites hosted on WordPress.com.

    To clear up any confusion, there are 2 versions of WordPress. WordPress.com is a managed environment different from using the open source WordPress installation. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two, different entities.
