  I bought the genesis framework and child, but can’t upload it. WordPress supports genesis and I bought the education theme from genesis, but have no way to upload it.

  I’m sorry, but themes can’t be uploaded to WordPress.com. That’s a feature of self-hosted blogs through WordPress.org.
