Genesis Theme, Go-Daddy Hosting = Difficulties?

Hi,
I’m writing to you because I’m very confused about how to install a Custom Theme on my WordPress blog (www.CommunicationSkillsTips.com)
I bought the Genesis Theme and have been trying to upload it to my blog. I realized that I needed to buy hosting, so I bought hosting on GoDaddy.com. This video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qPuBLvP8c6g) tells me that I should have a “Install Theme” button on WordPress but that button does not seem to show up?
Could you please help me because I am not very technically literate?

@akashkaria Just to clarify a bit, because http://www.CommunicationSkillsTips.com looks like it’s hosted on WordPress.com: you cannot upload your own themes to WordPress.com, but we have 130 plus themes for you to choose from: see them all at http://theme.wordpress.com/.
To activate a theme, visit your WordPress.com dashboard and go to Appearance > Themes, find the theme, and click Activate.
