  How can I use Genki you tube comments on my word press.com blog?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  No you cannot use it as it’s a plugin. There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.COM blogs like the one linked to your username and we cannot install individual plugins into them. Those found on the internet are for WordPress.ORG installs which run on different software.

  If you wish to have complete control over a blog, the ability to upload themes and plugins, and to edit themes and templates then your option is to hire a web host and get a free software install from WordPress.ORG and self host it.

  There is no plug in on my admin as explained here and therefore cant use Genki.

  Please read what I posted above. There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs. There are no plugin tabs on your Admin page because we cannot install plugins into free hosted WordPress.com blogs.

  That youtube refers to WordPress.org installs. If you wish to use Genki then hire a web host and get a free software install from WordPress.ORG and self host it. http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
