Geo Access either to Site Or Forms

  Good Evening,

  Can someone please advise me on the best method, the minute you use a form on WP it seems the Russians are waiting to pounce and fill your comments or contact forms full of rubbish.

  Is the something that will allow the countries I want to use my blog, and ban the rest, or is there a better method please

  Is your site hosted here at WordPress.com or is it hosted somewhere else?

  There are two different versions of WordPress (.com and .org), each has their own forums and documentation, so the advice will depend on which version you’re using.
