geo.sparks account does not exist

  I am logged in WordPress as ‘gpsparks’.
  I want to login as ‘geo.sparks’ but the reply I get is the account does not exist.
  This is the account I have used for my LearnDash site.
  It was working until today.
  What happened to my account?

  That error is correct. In fact, it is completely impossible for an account like geo.sparks to exist, as WordPress.com account usernames cannot contain any punctuation marks.

  This is the account I have used for my LearnDash site.

  LearnDash is a plugin for the open source WordPress software found on WordPress.org. It has nothing to do with WordPress.com, and you do not use a WordPress.com username account to log in with LearnDash.

  Please contact their support directly for help with this.
