geo tag map disappeared?

  I have been geo tagging my posts for a feed to a travel site.

  On trying to tag my latest post from my dashboard, I am no longer offered a map to mark the location; instead I am just asked to “enter a location.” When I enter the name of the nearest town, and press return, the box just says “search for the location” and does not seem to retain the name of the town.

  The map was perfect – I could pinpoint exactly where these sites were, rather than just give a town name (even if that worked, which seems doubtful). Can anyone help me get the map back, or find a better way of geo tagging specific sites?

  I just saw another post where a happiness engineer explained a reference to Google Maps as being part of the geo tagging feature. Yet I still can’t get a map to appear or find any way currently to tag my posts for location.

  Can anyone help please?
