Get 404 Error Message when trying to confirm cancellation of upgrade

I had the Business Upgrade free trial for two weeks and decided to not go ahead with the upgrade, so had been trying to cancel the last few days. Everytime, I would get the cancellation confirmation email to my email inbox, but when I would click “Confirm Cancellation,” I would only get a new page that says: “Server Error. 404 – File or directory not found. The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.”

Now that my credit card has been charged a few hundreds for a service I don’t want, I have been clicking “Cancel Upgrade and Refund,” then I get the confirmation email, click “Confirm Cancellation” and continue to get the same message.

Please fix this. I have only ever spoken highly of WordPress, but this has been a very stressful experience.

I’ve tagged this thread for a staff member to assist you with your refund.

I removed the Business Upgrade for you and issued a full refund.

It can take about a week for refunds to appear on a bank statement, but you can find a refund receipt in your billing history here:
