  Hi there,

  Go to My Site ->Upgrades ->Domains, and click on your domain.

  You should see a notice there that you need to complete setup for your domain mapping. Expand the section titled Alternative setup using A records, and you’ll see the IPs for your site there.

  Add both those IPs to the root domain and the www subdomain, and you won’t need a CNAME as well.
