get a blog feed with "reading" set to static page

  Hi,

  I would like to set my “reading” to a static page, but also have a page that simulated the posts, like it would if my “reading” was set to “Your latest Posts”.

  What would be optimal for my site would be to have an “Announcements” page listed in the top menu along side our About page, and have the “Announcement” page be our blog feed.

  Our front page would be our static page that points to “About …”
