  once I purchase your product and i canceled it but i did not get a refund . it is 96 USD. i wanna purchase one of your product and can i get a refund as soon as possible

  I see that a refund was issued successfully from our end. You can see the refund receipt at https://wordpress.com/me/billing

  Note that your bank/card issuer may take 7-10 business days to process the refund on their end. If you don’t see the refund (or the original transaction is not removed), please contact your bank/card issuer to find out the status.

  I have contacted the bank and there was no any refunds can you please advise as soon as possible how can I get my money back. There is no any refund on my card

  If you contacted your bank and they still haven’t received the refund, could you please send an email to billingsupport@wordpress.com from the email address used on this account? We can share an ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) with you so that your bank can trace the refund.
