Get a refund

  On November 21, when I subscribed to the premium plan, I immediately canceled it and they told me that within 7 days I would receive a refund. I’ve been waiting until today… Now I logged in and was surprised to see that the plan is still active… and I’m still waiting for my refund. I just canceled it now, and because I canceled it now, I won’t get a refund?? The mistake is from your side, not mine. Please , i still need a refund 🙏🏻
