Get a refund for deleted domain

    I’ve deleted my custom domain registered through wordpress. Can I get a refund for it? Because chat bot saying that yes, but I can’t see any buttons about it which chat bot and documentation are suggesting for this case.

    Hello there,

    I have initiated a refund for the domain as well.

    The refund may take up to 4-10 working days to appear in your account and in some regions it may take more than 2 weeks. You can find the copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

    If you haven’t received the refund even after the said time, let us know and we’ll take a look.
