Get access to my url

    Hi! I used to own the url http://www.monsgruen.com in 2018 but never posted anything on it so my account was canceled. I know it is the same site bc it’s exactly how I left it and I was trying to get back into my old account or access it again but I couldn’t. Here is the last email I got with all the info:

    It looks like this domain is still active: https://monsgruen.com/ as there is a site present when I visit that URL.

    So I’ve been trying to log into the account thats attached to that site and it is telling me it doesn’t exist anymore and I can’t find the transaction ID anywhere

    Hi there,

    You can find the transaction ID on the bank statement from when you purchased the upgrade – are you able to find it there?

    I purchased the url in 2017 so I am not sure, possibly? Is there any other way? I am desperate lol It’s my brand name

    That site is connected to another account of yours and that account is still up and running, https://wordpress.com/forums/users/monsgruen/. So nothing is lost.
    Just follow the instructions both Staff members gave you to regain access to your site.

    Would you be able to tell me how much I purchased the url for?

    The last transaction was the domain’s renewal on June 22 this year for $66.
