Get access to the website I am designing

  Hi there
  I am driving myself crazy, please help. I have recently downloaded wordpress for my computer via bitnami. The website I wanted to set up was take heart and I used the e mail address (email visible only to moderators and staff). I could not remember the password I set and have tried to reset the password via the password tool. Unfortunately the password tool only returns messages saying that the password e mail could not be sent becasue of an e mail malfunction.

  en tried to log into the wordpress site directly and found that I had used the the e mail address (email visible only to moderators and staff) to set up a website two years ago ,yogaatbluegill,- which I had never used and had forgotten.

  I have gratefully received insructions on how to delete yogaatbluegill, but I still cannot access take heart on my desktop to complete my design. How can I obtain access if the e mail address does not work ?
