Get an old domain address back?

  I wunder if it possible to get an erased domain address back? I deleted my old domain address, but now I realized that I still need it… Can anyone help me??? For how long is it looked in the system? When I try to register it again, the system says it already taken. But when I try to enter the site, it says that the author has deleted it…
