get back a deleted menu

  I accidentally deleted the social media icons in the bottom menu and I cant get them back please advise or alternatively is there any way that you can reset the theme for me to start again?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  There is no such thing as a theme reset button. You control what appears and you can edit and change what appears. For details under “Social Links” see https://wordpress.com/themes/sela/ To display them, set up a Social Links Menu. http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/social-links-menu/

  I still am unable to set up this menu, all the information tells me to go to “Appearance” and I don’t have that as an option when I’m in My Site.

  thankyou for directing me to that page, but I think the issue is more than just recreating a new menu, I don’t have a default menu anymore. All I have is the primary menu.
