  I wanted my deleted blog name back

  Unfortunately once you have permanently deleted a blog, you cannot get the URL back, as URLs are no recycled. Alternatively, you already have a working blog the anthonyjf.wordpress.com one, so you can use that, and make it’s title whatever you like. Or you can register a domain with the URL that you want.

  Is it possible to recycle my domain if I can prove the I am infact the original owner that deleted it?

  No, that is why the warnings all say that deletion is permanent and irreversible.
