    My domain recently expired, can . you help me get it back

    Are you speaking of erinmikail.com?

    That domain was removed from your account some time ago due to a chargeback for a renewal payment in 2018, and has since been completely removed from our system.

    Once you confirm that that’s the correct domain, I can send you a link to pay for the renewal, and then we can contact our domain provider to ask that they restore it to us.

    But also note that should the domain enter redemption before we’re able to get it back from our domain provider there’s an additional $80 fee to get it back, so the sooner you can confirm, the better our chances of avoiding that.
