  I found out that my purchase is no longer eligible for a refund, but I canceled it,

  is that will be partial refund ? I purchase one year pro plan at around 14 days ago.

  STOP creating duplicate threads! To avoid confusion, just stick to 1 thread . Now relax and wait till a Staff member replies.
