Get back old wordpress.com domain name

  I have a blog on wordpress.com. It is the phantocbaoan.wordpress.com. I plan change to phantocbaoan.com or phantocbaoan.net, etc.
  My question is after changing, Can I get back old wordpress.com domain name, phantocbaoan.wordpress.com?
  Can you help me? Thanhks

  If you use the domain mapping upgrade to change your blog’s address to example.com, your old example.wordpress.com address will still work — it will redirect to the new address.
