get back removes premium theme

  I have asked WordPress to remove my premium theme on my WordPress but now I want it back. any chance I can have it back?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  It was theme patch and it was on https://wordpress.com/view/elvidaonline.wordpress.com
