Get backup files

  Hello, I had a domain at ehost that expired, I renewed that domain at bluehost and know I want to transfert everything I had on my blog to my new domain. The problem is that ehost won’t give me my backup files. My site was from wordpress, what could I do to have all my backup files? It is really important. Thanks

  If you used ehost for hosting you had a wordpress.ORG software install and as your site was not on WordPress.COM servers we cannot help you. The two are separate and different. Please read https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
