Why do I get a blank pop up on VideoPress?
-
I just upgraded my WordPress account to VideoPress. Followed the directions in this video http://wordpress.tv/2009/08/05/videopress-integration-for-self-hosted-wordpress/
I get the VideoPress icon (what looks like a camcorder) but when I click on the icon I get a blank popup that says VideoPress in the title bar. I wasn’t able to get VideoPress to show the login page that connects me to my wordpress.com account.
When into FireFox and got the login, but after I logged in with my wordpress.com account I just see a blank page. I’m using Firefox 3.6.17 and Google Chome 11.0.696.68 on a Mac.

There’s a slim chance that might work. If not, for now you can upload video via the Media section of your WordPress.com blog’s Dashboard, then embed them on your self-hosted blog using the shortcode provided there.
