Get blog on google search

I started my blog nearly a month ago and did all the required steps of registering with google, adding tags and so forth with my blog. But my blog will not come up on google search, I want it to come up under “Afghan Cuisine” but it will not come up. I tried to look around google for suggestions but its not really helpful.
Please let me know how I can get my blog to appear under google search and how to get my posts and pictures come up in google search. Thanks!The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

There are 11,100,000 results for “Afghan Cuisine” on Google. That is your competition. Please understand that it can take up to seven weeks to get indexed, and years to be ranked well. There are literally thousands of tips in the forums that will help you if you do a search here for “google” and related terms.

Okay many pple have always bypassed this kind of qustion..but i tried to index mine http://josegoodluck.wordpress.com in google…google gives you some java codes to pase in your head section of your home page then i tracts that code and verifies it…but the problem is when you are using a blog u cant access the header codes eg <html> <body>

You are not using the correct process for verifying a WordPress.com blog with the major search engines. this is the process we must use > http://en.support.wordpress.com/webmaster-tools/ Also note that your blog is enabled with just about everything you need to be super-searchable. I am also new here on wp..My first blog was on blogger on which i was working last four months.. get very god visitors count down.. but some wrong happen on my topic comments. to much entries in single day .. one was totally away from internet ..when came back home find… my blog disappear due to mistakenly in spam term…. blogger almost take my life away..so decided to let new with wp.
WP many good option and support than blogger but as I am new and my blog also have very few posts..I starting working and learning how to get good audience support and visitors to my blog.. bit difficult on on start.. but hope due to this forum … I can find my required information
