get blogname back

  Hello,

  I am the old owner of the blogname “schneidernmeistern”. At the time I deleted the blog it was not clear for me that it was “forever”.
  I also own the facebook account, instagram, the .de and .com domain and also do have a blogger blog, but wanted to change to wordpress now.

  It is possible to have the blogname again somehow ?

  “schneidernmeistern.wordpress.com is no longer available.
  The authors have deleted this blog.”

  Hi Monika,

  To prevent accidental or inadvertent deletion of blogs, there are multiple warnings given that blog deletion is permanent and irreversible. Lastly, a verification link is sent in an email and it must be clicked to delete a blog. If clicking that link does not work then copy and paste it into your upper browser window and click. Once the verification link for deletion is clicked the blog URL is forever gone, gone, gone.

  Deleted blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them and no exceptions are made.
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/

  You can register another .wordpress.com blog with a similar URL http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/

  Or if you wiash you can register any URL and you can register a domain via a domain mapping upgrade because it does not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is when you are domain mapping.

  Is it possible, that it was deleted, because i didn’t use it for quite a long time?

  No. There is no time limit here at WordPress. Staff do not delete blogs without suspending them for Terms of Service violations, and when they do that they provide a warning on the dashboard.
