Get Custom Design doesn't lead anywhere

  I’m trying to get Custom Design upgrade for my blog at http://store.wordpress.com/premium-upgrades/custom-design/. The buttons at this page do not do anything after I’ve logged in. Any alternative pages where I can try to get the upgrade?

  If your site is hosted on the wordpress.com platform it helps to list the URL that ends in wordpress.com

  There doesn’t appear to be anything linked to your username.

  Are you logged in as an Administrator?

  Thanks for the reply notawoodpecker.

  Seems that I was looking for a wordpress.com feature for self-hosted install (which isn’t possible) and I confused these two things. Sorry about confusion.
